You’re busy and have better things to do than be tied up with reams of paperwork and inundated by an endless array of complicated options. We know this business inside out. We’re trained to deal with it. We’re here to make it simpler for you.

You on the other hand, have a life to live – go out and live it, and leave the rest to us.

How funded support works:

Stage 1:

NDIS – The National Disability Insurance Scheme, works to connect people with a disability with the supports they need.

The NDIS allocates a budget based on an individuals specific needs. An application for funding is lodged directly with the NDIS.

Stage 2:

Receives an approved plan from the NDIS outlining the participants goals and funding to support them in improving their daily life, build capacity and achieve their goals

Stage 3:

This is where Community Assist comes in.

We are registered to provide capacity building supports, and currently offer Support Coordination (Level 2 and 3), Positive Behaviour Support and Developmental Education.
