Community Assist was established to help the people of Australia navigate the NDIS system and the supports that are available in the community. Our vision is to be a NDIS provider of choice for Australians and their families. We will be known for providing quality, client centred services that enables our participants to achieve their life goals.

We are a team of passionate and caring people from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, it’s with this experience that we are able to assist and guide our participants to work towards achieving and maintaining their life goals.

We create an environment where our participants feel safe with choice and control, heard and respected and feel included in the decision- making process.
